Licence

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Kurultay for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, decompile, rent or redistribute the app.

Content

The game's world, characters, art, music, sounds and texts were made originally for Kurultay and are protected by copyright.

Account and leaderboard

Your account is for you alone and cannot be transferred. You are given a nickname automatically on the leaderboard.

To keep the leaderboard fair, cheating, modifying the game, automated play and abuse of the score server are forbidden. In such cases we reserve the right to remove the scores concerned and to close the account.

In-game values

Gold, Kut, Yada Stones, Glory and materials are valid only inside the game; they have no real-money value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

In-app purchases

The game offers optional purchases: Yada Stone packs, Ad-free Camp and a one-time Starter Pack. The whole game can be played without buying anything; in the Raid of the Week power is equal for everyone.

Payment and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from (Apple App Store, Google Play); refund requests are made through that store. Consumed items (spent stones) cannot be returned.

Ad-free Camp removes interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain optional.

Ads

The game contains ads. Ad content is chosen by Google AdMob; the publisher is not responsible for the content of the ads shown. If a rewarded ad fails to load or is closed early, the reward may not be granted.

Continuity of service

The app is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or errors. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any part of the game, the leaderboard or the Raid of the Week.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
